From her early days managing commercial interiors and facilities to her current role as Partner and Senior Project Executive at Fitzpatrick Design Construction Services (FDCS), Kerrie has consistently put client trust at the center of her work.
At FDCS, she specializes in Owner’s Representation for municipal projects across North Texas, guiding city leaders through the complexities of planning, design, and construction for fire stations, police facilities, libraries, and other civic buildings. Her reputation is built on advocating for the owner at every stage, ensuring taxpayer dollars are maximized, and city staff feel confident that their project is in the right hands.
Kerrie’s background includes project management roles at global real estate firms and account leadership positions where she managed multimillion-dollar client portfolios. Jarrod joined Fitzpatrick Design Construction Services (FDCS) in August 2023 as a Project Engineer, bringing with him a unique blend of construction expertise and public safety experience. His background in both the construction industry and the fire service provides a practical, real-world perspective that enhances the quality and safety of every project we deliver.
From detailed plan reviews to comprehensive site inspections, Jarrod takes a hands-on approach, ensuring that every aspect of the work aligns with design intent, code compliance, and client expectations. His commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning has made him an invaluable contributor to the FDCS team.
In recognition of his leadership, technical insight, and client-focused mindset, Jarrod became a partner in August 2025, further strengthening our firm’s capacity to deliver exceptional owner’s representative services. His role on the ownership team reflects our shared vision of providing unparalleled customer service, rigorous oversight, and solutions-driven project management for government and municipal clients.
