Rowlett Public Library

This project consisted of interior construction of shell space to accommodate Rowlett Public Library which moved from 5702 Rowlett Rd. to it’s current location at 3900 Main St. The Library occupies the centered space of the Village of Rowlett at ground level, providing easy and convenient access from street parking. The project was constructed as a Public Private partnership to offer the citizens incredible value.
